CONFESSION OF ERROR


Upon the state's proper confession of error, we grant the petition for writ of habeas corpus without prejudice for the trial court to place the Petitioner on home detention with electronic monitoring in accordance with Section 985.215(2)(g), Florida Statutes (1997).

Writ Granted.
