MEMORANDUM OPINION

On January 20, 2004, the Court received notice from the trial court clerk stating the appellants had not paid for the preparation of the clerk's record. On January 20, 2004, the Court sent a letter to appellants directing them to provide the Court with proof that they have paid the clerk's fees or that they are entitled to proceed without payment for costs. The letter warned appellants that failure to comply within ten days of the date of the letter may result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellants have not shown the Court that they have paid the clerk's fee or they are entitled to proceed without payment for costs. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
