MEMORANDUM OPINION

The Court has before it the parties' agree motion to dispose of the case. In the motion, the parties ask that we reverse the trial court's order, which reversed the decision of the administrative law judge, and reinstate the administrative decision in Texas Department of Public Safety v. Joseph Mark Jenkins, Docket No. 2007-12-32167, which sustained the 180-day suspension of appellee's driver's license. We grant the motion.

In accordance with the parties' agreement, we reverse the trial court's July 28, 2008 "Order Reversing Decision of Administrative Law Judge." We render judgment reinstating the February 26, 2008 "Administrative Decision" sustaining the 180-day suspension of appellee's driver's license in the proceeding styled Texas Department of Public Safety v. Joseph Mark Jenkins, Docket No. 2007-12-32167. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2)(A).
