MEMORANDUM OPINION

The clerk's record has not been filed in this appeal. On June 21, 2006 and June 27, 2006, we sent appellants letters informing them the District Clerk had notified us that no payment had been made for the record. We directed appellants to provide written verification either that they had made payment arrangements or that they were entitled to proceed advance without payment of costs for the record. We have received neither, despite the fact that appellants were warned failure to provide the documentation may result in dismissal of the appeal. On July 6, 2006, we received a third notice from the District Clerk that no payment has been made for the clerk's record. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 37.3(b).
