On July 25, 2022, the parties filed separate status reports addressing the need to set this case for trial. In consideration of information contained in the reports, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall file, on or before August 26, 2022, a status report (jointly if possible, otherwise separately) informing the Court of the parties' estimate of when this case will be ready for trial, the expected length of the trial, and whether either party prefers that the trial be conducted remotely rather than in-person. The undersigned does not anticipate being available to conduct a trial until April 2023.
