Opinion
No. 77-1119.
October 11, 1978.
Appeal from Circuit Court, Pinellas County; Charles W. Burke, Judge.
John M. Wilson and R.L. Russell of Van Den Berg, Gay Burke, P.A., Orlando, for appellant.
Adam G. Adams, II of Adams Adams, Jacksonville, for appellees.
The judgment is affirmed. However, the order taxing costs included the cost of copies of depositions contrary to Florida Greyhound Lines v. Jones, 60 So.2d 396 (Fla. 1952); but see County of St. Lucie v. Browning, 358 So.2d 253 (Fla.4th DCA 1978). The case is remanded for the entry of a new order taxing costs which will exclude the cost of the copies.
