Decision

Claimant moves to admit, pro hac vice, John R. Dingess, an attorney duly admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to participate in the prosecution of this claim on its behalf.

In support of the application, claimant submitted proof that Mr. Dingess is a member in good standing of the bar of Pennsylvania (22 NYCRR 520.11 [a]); that he will be associated with a New York attorney, who will be the attorney of record (22 NYCRR 520.11 [c]), and that he is familiar with and will comply with the standards of professional conduct imposed on members of the New York bar (22 NYCRR 520.11 [e]; see generally Perkins v Elbilia, 90 AD3d 543 [1st Dept 2011]). Inasmuch as the requirements for pro hac vice admission have been met, the instant motion is granted, without objection, and John R. Dingess is admitted pro hac vice with respect to this claim.
