TERRANCE TURNER, Plaintiff, v. VALOR MERCHANT SERVICES COMPANY, Defendant.
REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION RE DISMISSAL
JOSEPH C. SPERO UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE
Plaintiff Terrance Turner filed two applications to proceed in forma pauperis (dkt. nos. 2, 6) (“Applications”). Based on the information provided in the Applications, the undersigned concluded that Plaintiff has not established that he is indigent and denied the Application. Dkt. no. 7. The Court ordered Plaintiff to pay the filing fee in this case by August 21, 2023. Plaintiff has not paid the filing fee and the deadline to do so has now passed. Nor has he consented to the jurisdiction of a magistrate judge. Accordingly, this case shall be reassigned to a district judge with the recommendation that the case be dismissed for failure to pay the filing fee. If Plaintiff objects to this recommendation he may file an objection within two weeks of the date on which he receives this Report & Recommendation.
