MEMORANDUM OPINION
John Turner pled nolo contendere to four offenses: aggravated sexual assault; burglary of a habitation with intent to commit a felony; sexual assault of a child; and aggravated sexual assault. The plea was an open plea, and the trial court assessed sentences of sixty years, sixty years, twenty years, and sixty years, respectively, with the sentence in cause number 2003-CR-0849 to run consecutively with the sentence in cause number 2003-CR-1786. Turner's court-appointed attorney filed briefs in accordance with Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), in which he concludes that the appeals have no merit. Counsel provided Turner with copies of the briefs and informed him of his right to review the records and file his own briefs. See Nichols v. State, 954 S.W.2d 83, 85-86 (Tex.App.-San Antonio 1997, no pet.); Bruns v. State, 924 S.W.2d 176, 177 n. 1 (Tex.App.-San Antonio 1996, no pet.). Turner did not file a pro se brief in any of his appeals. We have reviewed the records and counsel's briefs. We agree that the appeals are frivolous and without merit. The judgments of the trial court are affirmed. Appellate counsel's motions to withdraw are granted. Nichols v. State, 954 S.W.2d at 86; Bruns 924 S.W.2d at 177 n. 1.
