Opinion delivered and filed February 11, 2004. DO NOT PUBLISH.

Appeal from the 85th District Court, Brazos County, Texas, Trial Court # 20441-85. Appeal dismissed for want of jurisdiction.

Before Chief Justice GRAY, Justice VANCE, and Justice REYNA.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant filed a motion with the trial court in 2003 to reduce the sentence imposed for his 1992 burglary conviction. The court denied the motion, and appellant seeks review by direct appeal. This Court does not have appellate jurisdiction to review such a ruling. See Everett v. State, 82 S.W.3d 735, 735 (Tex.App.-Waco 2002, pet. dism'd) (mem. op.). Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
