PER CURIAM.

We affirm the judgment and sentences. However, we remand the case to the trial court to enter a competency order, nunc pro tunc, to December 9, 2015. See Williams v. State, 130 So.3d 763, 764 (Fla. 2d DCA 2014).

Affirmed but remanded with instructions.
