Following review of the petition for writ of prohibition, it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied. SUAREZ, ROTHENBERG and SALTER, JJ., concur.

Upon consideration, petitioner's emergency motion for rehearing of order denying writ of prohibition due to trial court entering order of bodily attachment is hereby denied.
