[ PROPOSED ] ORDER


The Court, having reviewed the moving papers of counsel, Thomas Manning, together with his accompanying Declaration finds that good cause exists to provide the relief sought.

Therefore the Court makes the following order:

Opposition to plaintiff's motion for summary judgement, as against Defendant Oliver shall be filed and served no later than12th June, ___, 2007. Plaintiff's reply brief must be filed no later than 19th , June ___, 2007.

This shall be the order of this Court.
