ORDER

Lewis R. Carluzzo Chief Special Trial Judge.

This I.R.C. 6015(e) case was called from the calendar on December 4, 2023, during the Jacksonville, Florida, trial session that started in that city on that date. Counsel for petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared and announced that a basis of settlement had been agreed upon between all parties. There was no appearance by or on behalf of the intervenor.

Premises considered, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's motion to proceed remotely, filed October 31, 2023, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that unless a proposed stipulated decision is submitted sooner, not later than February 2, 2024, the parties, separately or individually, report in writing as to the status of the case.
