ORDER

This case was calendared for trial at the Court's Atlanta, Georgia trial session, which was scheduled to begin September 26, 2022. On September 7, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report with the Court indicating that a settlement in this case had been reached and that they expect to submit to the Court a fully stipulated decision resolving this case. On September 8, 2022, the Court served an Order on the parties striking the case from the calendar and instructing the parties to on or before October 7, 2022, submit to the Court either a stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case. On October 4, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report with the Court indicating that he had not yet received a signed Decision document from petitioner and requested more time to receive and process the signed Decision document. On October 12, 2022, the Court served an Order on the parties instructing them to or before November 7, 2022, submit to the Court either a stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case. On November 4, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report with the Court indicating that he had not yet received a signed Decision document from petitioner and requested more time to receive and process the signed Decision document.
Upon due consideration it is hereby:
ORDERED that on or before December 8, 2022, the parties shall submit to the Court a stipulated decision. If respondent is unable to obtain the signed stipulated decision from petitioner, then respondent shall file with the Court a Motion for Entry of Decision.
