YVETTE MARIE TURNER, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge.

This case was on the Court's September 12, 2022 San Francisco, California trial calendar. It's an appeal by Ms. Turner from a decision by the IRS to threaten to take her property to pay her tax bill. We spoke with the parties on October 28, 2022 to discuss how to move the case forward. The IRS lawyer promised to put together a record of the case as it developed before the IRS and then move for summary judgment by the end of the year. The Court will then issue an order instructing Ms. Turner how to respond to this motion. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before December 30, 2022 respondent shall move for summary judgment.
