This case was calendared for trial during the Court's March 6, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session. On November 29, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial. By Order served December 1, 2022, among other things, the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.
On February 27, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 23) requesting additional time for respondent's Independent Office of Appeals to work with petitioner. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before June 2, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case.
