This case was calendared for trial during the Court's March 6, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session. On November 30, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 21). By Order served December 2, 2022, among other things, the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.
On November 7, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 28). Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before March 12, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case. The report shall include the parties' recommendation as to further proceedings.
