JOINT STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL OF HONDA MOTOR CO., LTD. AND AMERICAN HONDA MOTOR CO., INC. WITH PREJUDICE AND ORDER
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, pursuant to Rules 41(a)(2) and (c) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, by and between plaintiff/counterclaim defendant Turn-Key-Tech, LLC ("Turn-Key") and defendants/counterclaim plaintiffs Honda Motor Co., Ltd. and American Honda Motor Co., Inc. (referred herein jointly as "Honda"), that all claims and counterclaims which are currently pending between Turn-Key and Honda should be dismissed with prejudice. With respect to the dismissed claims and counter-claims, each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
This stipulation and dismissal does not extend to the claims and counterclaims that are currently pending between Turn-Key and the intervenors in this case. Accordingly, Turn-Key and Honda respectfully request that the Court enter an order dismissing Honda with prejudice.
