PETER BRANCOVICH TUREK, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Alina I. Marshall Judge

On June 1, 2022, the Court issued an order striking and continuing this case for remote trial from the Court's June 6, 2022, remote trial session for cases in which Salt Lake City, Utah, is the place of trial. The Court's order further directed the parties to file on or before, June 20, 2022, a joint status report and the undersigned retained jurisdiction.

On June 7, 2022, respondent filed a motion for leave to file status report requesting therein that the parties file on or before, June 20, 2022, separate status reports in lieu of a joint status report. On June 9, 2022, petitioner filed an opposition to respondent's motion for leave to file status report.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for leave to file status report filed June 7, 2022, is granted and the parties shall file on or before June 20, 2022, separate status reports reflecting the then-present status of this case.
