This case is scheduled for trial at the remote session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 14, 2022, at Atlanta, Georgia. On January 11, 2022, respondent filed a response to the Court's Order to Show Cause.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 14, 2022, respondent shall file a supplement to his response and attach thereto the certified mail form, which proves that the final determination letter, denying petitioner's request for innocent spouse relief under I.R.C. section 6015(f) for taxable years 2008, 2010, 2014 and 2015, was sent to petitioner's last known address on June 11, 2020.
