On March 11, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report informing the Court that the parties have reached a basis for settlement. Respondent has mailed the proposed decision document to petitioners showing a deficiency and overpayment and will submit it to the Court once received from petitioners.
Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before April 22, 2022, the parties shall submit to the Court a Proposed Stipulated Decision or file a Joint Report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the status of this case.
