KEASLER AND HERVEY, JJ., DISSENT. ORDER

The petition for discretionary review violates Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.10(b) because the petition contains the name of a person who was a minor at the time the offense was committed.

The petition is struck. See Rule of Appellate Procedure 68.6.
