ORDER

Pursuant to the Court's Opinion at T.C. Memo 2024-71, filed July 11, 2024, it is

ORDERED that the consolidation of these cases at Docket No. 15535-18 and Docket No. 18978-19 is severed. It is further

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, petitioner Deborah Ann Tuma is dismissed for lack of prosecution. It is further

ORDERED that the decision with respect to petitioner Deborah Ann Tuma will be entered in due course and will be consistent with the decision entered with respect to petitioner Kenneth Steven Tuma, Sr. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before October 9, 2024, file with the Court computations pursuant to Rule 155, Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure in this case.
