KENNETH STEVEN TUMA, SR. & DEBORAH ANN TUMA, ET AL., Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Alina I. Marshall, Judge

On July 4, 2024, petitioners filed with the Court a document entitled "Opposition to Entry of Appearance for Respondent". This document appears to be a motion requesting that the Court "move pursuant to the provisions of Rule 90 of the Tax Court's Rules of Practice and Procedure, that the Court deny the Respondent's Motion for Appearance." The Court will therefore recharacterize it as such. Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Opposition to Entry of Appearance for Respondent, filed July 4, 2024, is hereby recharacterized as petitioners' "Motion to Deny Respondent's Entry of Appearance." It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' above-referenced motion is denied.
