These consolidated cases are calendared for a standalone remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 31, 2022.
On October 10, 2022, petitioners filed a motion to dismiss in the case at docket No. 18978-19.
On October 18, 2022, petitioners filed a motion to withdraw in these consolidated cases, requesting therein that the motion to dismiss the case at docket No. 18978-19 be withdrawn.
On October 24, 2022, petitioners filed a motion in limine in these consolidated cases.
On October 25, 2022, the Court conducted a conference call with the parties. During that conference call, the parties discussed the current status of these consolidated cases as well as petitioners' pending motions filed with the Court. In regards to petitioners' motion to withdraw filed October 18, 2022, respondent represented that there were no objections to the granting of that motion. Furthermore, the Court notified the parties that petitioners' motion in limine filed October 24, 2022, would be set for hearing on October 31, 2022.
Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that petitioners' motion to withdraw filed October 18, 2022, is granted and petitioners' motion to dismiss the case at docket No. 18978-19 filed October 10, 2022, is deemed withdrawn. It is further
ORDERED that petitioners' motion in limine filed October 24, 2022, is set for remote hearing on Monday, October 31, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. (EST). It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to attach to this order a copy of the notice setting case for trial that was previously issued in these consolidated cases on October 17, 2022.
This order constitutes official notice to the parties.
