On February 9, 2023, the parties filed another Proposed Stipulated Decision (index #11) Upon review it was seen that this is duplicative of the Proposed Stipulated Decision filed January 25, 2023. Therefore, we will strike it.
Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby:
ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision filed January 25, 2023 (index #7) is stricken from the Court's record in this case.
