Upon due consideration of the record of this case, including (1) the Motion for Entry of Decision, filed November 24, 2021, (2) respondent's assertion in his January 6, 2022, reply to the motion that "Respondent does not object to the granting of petitioner's motion", and (3) respondent's statement in the most recent Status Report, filed November 9, 2022, that "Respondent is working with its National Office on the issue regarding the motion for reasonable litigation or administrative costs", and in the absence of any pending motion for costs, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 9, 2023, respondent shall show cause in writing why the pending motion for entry of decision should not be granted.
