Upon due consideration of the record of this case, including (1) the Motion for Entry of Decision, filed November 24, 2021, (2) respondent's assertion in his January 6, 2022, reply to the motion that "Respondent does not object to the granting of petitioner's motion", and (3) respondent's statement in the most recent Status Report filed September 6, 2022, that "Respondent requires additional time to research this issue and prepare appropriate decision documents", it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 15, 2022, the parties shall either (1) submit a stipulated decision resolving this case, or (2) file a joint written report concerning the then-present status of this case and identifying therein specifically what issues remain in contention.
