Appeals, Nos. 469 and 470, Jan. T., 1967, from order of Court of Common Pleas No. 1, March T., 1966, No. 6180, and Court of Common Pleas No. 8 of Philadelphia County, March T., 1966, No. 6179, in case of Howard Tuckman v. Rockwell Manufacturing Company, also known as Rockwell Manufacturing Company, Power Tools Division, also known as Porter Cable Machine Company. Order affirmed.

Assumpsit.

Plaintiff's motion to strike defendants' answer to complaint because it was not filed within twenty days after service of the complaint sustained, opinion by GOLD, P. J. Defendants appealed.
