Action to recover damages for the alleged breach of a service contract, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the defendant filed a counterclaim; thereafter, the court, Clark, J., granted the defendant's motion to dismiss counts four and five of the complaint; subsequently, the court, O'Neill, J., granted the defendant's motion for nonsuit and rendered judgment thereon, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
