By Order dated July 10, 2018, the proceedings in this case were stayed due to petitioner's incarceration. On October 6, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report. In the Status Report, respondent does not indicate that petitioner is still incarcerated.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the stay of proceedings herein is lifted, and this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
