DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Application to be relieved as attorney for the child.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that Marian B. Cocose, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child and Claudia Davenport, Esq., 110 Maiden Lane, Kingston, NY 12401, is appointed in her place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the child be made available to the attorney for the child as she may direct; and it is further

ORDERED that the time to file the attorney for the child's brief is extended to January 22, 2019.
