ORDER


The motion of Charles Palella, P.C. to be relied as counsel for defendant Schiller Decorating Co., Inc. is granted on default. In view of the default of this defendant on the motion to be relieved, the motion of plaintiffs for a default judgment against this defendant also is granted. The Clerk shall close the case.
