Order denying plaintiff's motion for a deficiency judgment against the defendant M. H. Lassaw Realty Company, Inc., unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements to the respondent Louis H. Pink, as Superintendent of Insurance, etc. No opinion.
