AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, §§ 111, 113.1insufficiency of evidence in death case. Neither warehouse corporation nor driver of truck engaged in hauling for corporation was liable for death of five-year-old child claimed to have been struck by truck, where there was no evidence indicating how child met his death nor any fact shown from which an inference of negligence by driver was warranted.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. JACOB BERKOWITZ, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the December term, 1948.
