AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 207.2sufficiency of evidence to sustain verdicts for plaintiffs in railroad crossing death cases. In action for death of plaintiffs' intestates who were fatally injured when, in nighttime, at village crossing where intestates' view was obstructed, whose gates were open, and at which watchman was not on duty, automobile in which intestates were riding was struck by defendant's freight train which was traveling at speed of approximately 50 miles per hour, held that it could not be said that jury's verdicts for plaintiffs were against manifest weight of evidence.
