HIGHWAYS AND STREETS, § 464 — liability for fall on icy sidewalk. Where, so far as record showed, accumulation of snow and ice at place where plaintiff fell while walking on icy sidewalk in city of Chicago was result of natural causes, plaintiff could not recover from city for injuries received in fall.
