In Re: James. B. Truman, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, Nos. C631670, C636379. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, HIGGINBOTHAM, AND CRAIN, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The matter, including relator's pending motions and his Petition for Judicial Review, are proceeding toward disposition before a judge of the Nineteenth Judicial District Court. However, we recognize the relator's right to re-urge his motion to recuse the Commissioner if the matter is returned for proceedings before a 19^th Judicial District Court Commissioner.
