JAMES B. TRUMAN v. LOUISIANA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND CORRECTIONS


In Re: James B. Truman, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 631670. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, DRAKE AND CHUTZ, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED WITH ORDER. According to the Office of the Clerk of Court of East Baton Rouge Parish, relator filed his Petition for Judicial Review on June 30, 2014, and since then, relator has not received the briefing order, which was mailed to his former address. Accordingly, the district court is instructed to mail the briefing order to relator's current address and to proceed with the disposition of relator's Petition for Judicial Review.
