ORDER


Based upon the parties' Stipulation, and other good cause;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned action shall be stayed pending transfer to the In Re: Prempro Products Liability Litigation Multi District Litigation ("MDL No. 1507") pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas ("the MDL Court"). All deadlines including, but not limited to, Defendants' time to file a responsive pleading and all disclosure deadlines shall be extended until 30 days after transfer to the MDL Court is effective, or as otherwise ordered by the MDL Court. Should the matter not be transferred, the parties shall promptly advise the court.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
