ORDER

We REINSTATE this appeal.

We abated this appeal for a hearing to determine why appellant's brief has not been filed. On February 15, 2018, the trial court held a hearing. We ADOPT the findings that: (1) appellant desires to prosecute these appeals; (2) appellant is not indigent and represented by retained counsel J. Stephen Cooper; and (3) Mr. Cooper has been unable to complete the brief due to other obligations.

We ORDER appellant's brief due on or before March 19, 2018.
