Truelove v. Truelove

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
May 21, 1986
488 So. 2d 174 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1986)

Opinion

No. 85-1925.

May 21, 1986.

Appeal of a non-final order from the Circuit Court for Palm Beach County; John D. Wessel, Judge.

Esther A. Zaretsky, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

No appearance for appellee.

We reverse the order granting the husband's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. It appears from the record that there were sufficient acts as would subject the husband to the jurisdiction of this state. See section 48.193(1)(c) and (e), Florida Statutes (1984).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.

ANSTEAD, LETTS and WALDEN, JJ., concur.
