I, Richard J. Wolf, declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America that the foregoing is true and correct and pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1746:
1. Affiant is President of the auditing firm of Richard J. Wolf and Company, Inc.
2. Our firm completed a compliance audit for TRUSTEES OF THE PENSION, WELFARE, AND VACATION FRINGE BENEFIT FUNDS OF IBEW LCOAL 701 (“Trustees”) on JONES ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS, INC. the period of October 20, 2020 through December 31, 2022. The audit report found arrears owing in the amount of $35,404.86 in benefits and $3,540.47 in liquidated damages on those findings
3. Our firm charged the Trustees $ 1,102.50 for services to perform the audit.
4. The total due the Plaintiffs on the audit for the period of October 20, 2020 through December 31, 2022. excluding attorney's fees and court costs is $40,047.83.
5. Affiant is not currently suffering any infirmities and is competent to testify to all the foregoing.
