The inquiry, therefore, is focused on whether the arbitrator acted within the scope of his/her power under the contract and whether the award can be inferred from the facts of the case. Burns Int'l Sec. Servs., 47 F.3d at 17; Trs. of the Northeast Carpenters Health, Pension, Annuity, Apprenticeship, and Labor Mgmt. Cooperation Funds v. All State Furniture Technicians Corp., No. 17-cv-722 (SJF) (AKT), 2017 WL 2350690, at *3 (E.D.N.Y. May 31, 2017). Put differently, in order for the Court to vacate the Award for this reason there cannot be any "colorable justification" for the conclusions reached.
