Order denying motion of defendants Rosenstein and Noselson to dismiss complaint as to them upon the ground that it does not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, with leave to said defendants to answer within ten days from service of the order herein upon payment of such costs. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Hagarty, Carswell and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
