An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 27, 2017, said appeal having been dismissed by order of this Court on October 16, 2018 (M-4324), And, petitioner-appellant having moved to reinstate her appeal, and consolidate said appeal with petitioner's appeal in a related action, Trojan v. Cipolla & Co. LLC, et al, Index No. 153592/18, and to stay arbitration pending the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
