In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, order granting plaintiff's motion to examine a third person before trial as a witness, under section 288 of the Civil Practice Act, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, the examination to proceed on five days' notice. No opinion. Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Lewis, JJ., concur.
