Application, in the first case, to vacate an arbitration award, and application, in the second case, to confirm that award, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Waterbury and tried to the court, Parker, J.; judgments denying the application to vacate and granting the application to confirm, from which the plaintiffs in the first case and defendants in the second case filed separate appeals to this court. Affirmed.
