This case was on the March 4, 2024 Las Vegas, Nevada trial calendar. The parties had settled a closely related case, and advised that they were likely to settle this one as well.

Respondent recently reported that the parties have reached a basis of settlement that resolves all issues in this case. They just need more time for computations. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before November 1, 2024 the parties submit decision documents or file a joint status report describing their progress.
